These children have one educator with them filling their days with stories, music, puppets, playing with balls, cars, and dolls, walks outside, and lots of love. They have opportunity to interact with the older children and get to know the other educators in the Center.
Senior Nursery
Maximum of 6 children aged 15 months to 24 months
These children have two educators caring for them daily. Play includes dramatic play, blocks, music/instruments, stories/nursery rhymes, outside play, beginning craft time, etc. The focus in this class is having fun while learning new things in a loving environment.
2 Year Old Toddler
Maximum of 15 children with 3 educators (10 children in one room and 5 children in a separate room)
These children enjoy a wide range of activities that will introduce them to many different materials, activities and experiences. Days are spent trying new things to discover all the world has to offer them.
3 Year Old Pre-School
Two classes with a maximum of 7 children in each room
These are full-day pre-school classes where children enjoy many new activities. These classes participate in several outings and field trips throughout the year. Children's interests are followed to allow for discovery in many different areas during the year. Literacy, numeracy, social skills, etc. are tied into classroom activities to make learning fun.
4/5 Year Old Pre-Kindergarten
Two classes with a maximum of 10 children in each room
These are full year "get ready for kindergarten" classes, with a graduation in August. Children have fun learning through a variety of crafting materials, dramatic play, outings, special guests, active games, circle time, etc. Days are filled with many different activities based on the interests of the children. Special events such as the Christmas Concert and Graduation are highlights for most children. Children will have opportunity to grow and develop skills in many areas needed for kindergarten.

Fine motor activities such as coloring, puzzles, blocks, pasting, cutting and cooking projects - the sky is the limit with the number of different materials that can be used to explore and create
Large motor activities including various group activities, dance parties and outdoor play
Language and numeracy development through stories, books, music, dramatic play, games, group activities, etc.
Quiet times for nap, resting, reading or quiet activities
Morning and afternoon snack as well as a nutritious lunch
Most importantly, all learning is tied to fun so a love of learning will be developed
